HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET NEW CLIENT $100 OFF PROMOTION: The Bond Vet New Client $100 Off Promotion (the “New Client Promotion”) will run from Wednesday, October 8, 2025 through Friday, November 28, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). This New Client Promotion entitles eligible clients to $100 off (the “Promotional Credit”) for visits attended at any physical Bond Vet Clinic on a Monday through Friday.
To qualify for the Promotional Credit, a new client must book online and attend their first visit with their pet at a Clinic during the Promotional Period. New clients may only redeem this Promotional Credit for the first pet that attends the first visit during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Pet”) and may only redeem this Promotional Credit for one pet within the Promotional Period. Clients must book online at www.bondvet.com and enter in the valid promo code to receive credit.
Clients who meet these criteria will receive the Promotional Credit.
INELIGIBLE SERVICES: The Promotional Credit applies only to fees for the Eligible Pet seen at the same Select Participating Clinic where the first visit during the Promotional Visit Period was conducted and shall not apply to any of the following goods or appointments with Bond Vet (collectively, the “Ineligible Services”): (a) visits with clients already established with Bond Vet, (b) visits scheduled prior to or attended outside of the Promotional Visit Period, (c) visits for client’s other pets, (d) any other goods or services sold at Bond Vet Clinics, including online pharmacy or shop items, (e) telehealth visits, and (f) for visits during the promotional period on weekends.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to new Bond Vet clients only, 18 years of age and older as of Wednesday, October 8, 2025, who book and attend an appointment at a Bond Vet clinic during the Promotional Period. Employees of Bond Veterinary, Inc. d/b/a Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Select Clinic Promotion. Void where prohibited. Appointments must be booked on Bond Vet’s website or portal.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible new client who books the New Client Promotion online and attends the appointment during the Promotional Period on a Monday through Friday will receive $100 off their bill (the “Promotional Credit”) for their first visit for the Eligible Pet at any Bond Vet clinic.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By booking and attending an appointment with Bond Vet as part of this New Client Promotion, client accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Bond Vet, which shall be final in all matters. BOND VET HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Bond Vet Halloween Costume Contest (the “Halloween Costume Contest”) by visiting select Bond Vet locations on October 31, 2025. Take a photo of your pet in costume at the Halloween photo op station and submit your entry in accordance with instructions provided by the clinic staff. All required information, including your full legal name, email address, and phone number, must be completed for your entry to be valid.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals who are 18 years of age and older as of October 31, 2025 and live in any of the following places: (1) District of Columbia, (2) Illinois, (3) Maryland, (4) Massachusetts, (5) New Jersey, (6) New York, (7) Pennsylvania, or (8) Virginia, each except for employees of Bond Vet and Refinery (collectively, “Sponsor”) and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. DRAWING: A random drawing of one (1) winner per Participating Clinic will be conducted on Monday, Nov 3, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received from each Participating Clinic. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor providing the winner’s contact information and other reasonably requested information. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to alternate winner(s). The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this giveaway, you accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
PRIZES: The prize will be a $250 credit for Bond’s in clinic services. The prize emailed to the winner’s preferred address or if not possible, coordinated with the winner. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET SURGERY CONCIERGE OFFER: The Bond Vet Surgery Concierge Offer (the “Concierge Offer”) will run from October 14, 2025 through December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The promotion is only available to clients who had a surgery consultation scheduled prior to October 14, 2025 or were told the Bond Vet Concierge service will coordinate and schedule their upcoming surgery consultation prior to October 14, 2025. To qualify, these clients who either scheduled or were told that Bond would schedule a surgery consultation prior to October 14, 2025 must book and attend a surgery consultation at any Bond Vet Clinic from October 14, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
Appointments at any Bond Vet clinic may be booked in person, by phone, or on Bond Vet’s website or app. Clients may only redeem this Concierge Offer once within the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Concierge Offer will only apply to consultation scheduled and attended during the Promotional Period and does not apply to any other appointments with Bond Vet, including the following: (a) any surgeries scheduled for and attended outside of the Promotional Period, (b) any visits performed through telehealth, and (c) any wellness or urgent care visits other than a qualifying scheduled surgery.

The promotion is only available to clients who were recommended for a future surgery appointment prior to October 14, 2025. To qualify, these clients who were told that Bond would schedule a surgery consultation in the next 3-6 months prior to October 14, 2025 must book and attend a surgery consultation at any Bond Vet Clinic from October 14, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
Appointments at any Bond Vet clinic may be booked in person, by phone, or on Bond Vet’s website or app. Clients may only redeem this Concierge Offer once within the Promotional Period. Bond Vet Referral Promotion
OFFICIAL RULES
The Bond Vet Referral Promotion (the “Referral Promotion”) has been created to reward Bond’s customers (“Referrer”) for recommending Bond Vet to any individual who has not previously used Bond’s in clinic services (“New Clients”).
1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE REFERRAL PROMOTION: The Referral Promotion will run both for Referrers and New Clients from April 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025. A Referrer can participate in the Referral Promotion by submitting their name and email address at www.bondvet.com/referrals, and clicking “Create my personalized code”, which will send a personalized code to designated New Clients. Alternatively, a Referrer may generate a personalized code within the pet portal and manually share their code with a New Client directly, but Referrer may not post their personalized code on social media, a public message board or other public forum. New Clients must book and visit a Bond Vet clinic (the “Bond Vet Clinic(s)”) prior to August 15, 2025. Appointments at the Bond Vet Clinics may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method. New Clients may only redeem this credit once. Limit one per household. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bond Vet Referral Promotion will not apply to any visits performed through telehealth.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Any Referrer or New Client must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. 3. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Eligible Referrer and referred New Clients who book and attend a visit at the Bond Vet Clinic prior to December 31, 2025 will receive a $50 credit on their account. Once the eligible New Client has used the Referrer’s personalized code for their appointment and completed the appointment, the Referrer will automatically receive a $50 credit in their account. Any credits earned must be used within 1 year of the date of issuance or be forfeited. For the avoidance of doubt, New Clients can use their referral credit on their first in-clinic appointment.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Referrer and New Client agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this Referral Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Referrer and New Client further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Referral Promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Delaware.

Bond Vet Veterinarian Hiring Referral Program for Non-Bond Vet Employees

Overview:
Bond Vet has introduced the following referral program policy for non-Bond Vet employees who refer eligible veterinarians who are subsequently hired by Bond Vet. Please only refer to veterinarian candidates who you think have qualities and characteristics that align with Bond Vet's values, who have drive and commitment, and who have the qualifications for the role based on the job description.
How am I eligible for a referral bonus?
Each non-Bond Vet employee who refers a veterinarian candidate is eligible for a referral bonus of $3,000 for any full-time veterinarian candidate or $1,000 for any part-time veterinarian candidate hired by Bond Vet so long as the following conditions are met:
The veterinarian candidate must have at least two years’ of working experience.
If more than one person refers the same candidate, the person who submitted the referral first will be the only person eligible for the referral bonus.
Once hired, the referred veterinarian employee must have completed 90 calendar days of employment and remained in good standing with Bond.
You must refer a veterinarian candidate prior to them applying or having contact with one of our recruiters. If you submit a candidate who has already applied or is in contact with a recruiter, you will be notified of such, and this will not qualify for a bonus.
If the candidate was a previous employee of Bond Vet, a referring person will not get credit for the referral.

Payment of referral bonus?
The referral bonus will be paid to any eligible referring employee within 30 days of the 90 day anniversary of employment of the referred employee.
Modifications to this Policy:
Bond retains the right, at all times and at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or discontinue this Policy and its other programs and policies to the extent permitted by applicable law.gi
