BOND VET NEW CLIENT CREDIT PROMOTION
OFFICIAL RULES
1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET NEW CLIENT CREDIT PROMOTION: The Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion will run for any visit for any first time Bond Vet client booked by the client on or after June 1, 2024, and attended by client and client’s pet on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from June 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024 at any Bond Vet clinics (the “Bond Vet Clinics”).
Appointments at the Bond Vet Clinics may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method. Clients may only redeem the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion once within the promotional period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion will not apply to any of the following appointments with Bond Vet (a) any telehealth visits performed through telehealth, or (b) any visits to Bond Vet clinics other than the Bond Vet Clinic.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to any first time Bond Vet client, 18 years of age and older as of June 1, 2024, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
3. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible new client who books a visit on or after June 1, 2024, and attends a visit with client’s pet on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at the Bond Vet Clinic from June 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024 will receive a $50 credit on your account. This $50 credit must be used at the Bond Vet Clinics for a visit within 12 months from the first visit, and for the avoidance of doubt may be used during this first visit.
4. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By booking and attending any wellness appointment with Bond Vet as part of the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion, Client accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Bond Vet, which shall be final in all matters. This offer cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash or used to purchase Bond Vet swag. Clients who cancel and reschedule appointments with Bond Vet will be subject to the Bond Vet cancellation policy. Terms are subject to change, and the offer is subject to end at any time without notice. There is no substitution or transfer of promotional items permitted by any client. Bond Vet reserves the right to substitute a promotional item of equal or greater value.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By booking and attending any appointment with Bond Vet as part of the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion, Client waives all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any promotional item. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO CLIENT.
6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Client agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Client further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Delaware.

BOND VET WELLNESS DAYS PROMOTION
OFFICIAL RULES
1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET WELLNESS DAYS PROMOTION: The Bond Vet Wellness Days Promotion (the “Wellness Promotion”) will run from September 3, 2024, until December 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”), for any wellness visit booked and attended by client and client’s pet at any Bond Vet clinic on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (the “Wellness Days”) during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Bond Vet clinic is closed for any reason on a Wellness Day, during the Promotion Period, the closed clinic will not participate in the Wellness Promotion on that day.
Appointments at any Bond Vet Clinic may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method. Clients may only redeem this Wellness Promotion once within the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Wellness Promotion will not apply to any of the following appointments with Bond Vet: (a) any wellness visits scheduled for and attended on a Sunday, Monday, Friday, or Saturday, or (b) any wellness visits scheduled for and attended outside of the Promotional Period, or (c) any urgent care visits or surgical appointments, or (d) any wellness visits performed through telehealth.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible client who books a wellness visit on or after September 3, 2024 and attends a wellness visit with client’s pet on on a Wellness Day between September 3, 2024 and December 31, 2024 will receive a complimentary Snap4DX test (dog), or 4DX Plus test with Microfilaria (dog), or Fecal OPG test (cat), which is a diagnostic that costs approximately $120 for the Snap4DX test, $140 for the 4DX Plus test with Microfilaria, and $99 for the Fecal OPG test that is integral to every preventive health exam, which must be used at any Bond Vet Clinic during any visit attended before the close of business on December 31, 2024.

Bond Vet Referral Promotion
OFFICIAL RULES
The Bond Vet Referral Promotion (the “Referral Promotion”) has been created to reward Bond’s customers (“Referrer”) for recommending Bond Vet to any individual who has not previously used Bond’s in clinic services (“New Clients”).
1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE REFERRAL PROMOTION: The Referral Promotion will run both for Referrers and New Clients from July 31, 2024 until December 31, 2024. A Referrer can participate in the Referral Promotion by submitting their name and email address at www.bondvet.com/referrals, and clicking “Create my personalized code”, which will send a personalized code to designated New Clients. Alternatively, a Referrer may generate a personalized code within the pet portal and manually share their code with a New Client directly, but Referrer may not post their personalized code on social media, a public message board or other public forum. New Clients must book and visit a Bond Vet clinic (the “Bond Vet Clinic(s)”) prior to December 31, 2024. Appointments at the Bond Vet Clinics may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method. New Clients may only redeem this credit once. Limit one per household. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bond Vet Referral Promotion will not apply to any visits performed through telehealth.

ELIGIBILITY: Any Referrer or New Client must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. 3. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Eligible New Clients who book and attend a visit with New Clients’ pet at the Bond Vet Clinic prior to December 31, 2024 will receive a $50 credit on their account. Once the eligible New Client has used the Referrer’s personalized code for their appointment and completed the appointment, the Referrer will automatically receive a $50 credit in their account. A Referrer can send up to 5 referrals earning up to $250 in credits. Any credits earned must be used within 1 year of the date of issuance or be forfeited. For the avoidance of doubt, New Clients can use their referral credit on their first in-clinic appointment.
4. New Clients who cancel and reschedule appointments with Bond Vet will be subject to the Bond Vet cancellation policy.
