Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We appreciate you booking an appointment with us. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible so we can help another pet who needs our medical attention. No-shows, late cancellations and reschedules, and late arrivals make it so other pets can’t get the care they need.
In an effort to ensure that all pets have access to timely care, please be advised of Bond Vet’s Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Canceling an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in you being charged a $25 fee.
Rescheduling an appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in you being charged a $25 fee.
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will incur a $50 no-show fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be considered late and be treated as a Walk-In which might result in a wait to be seen and an extra charge.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so via our pet portal.
You will have a 1-hour grace period after booking an appointment where the cancellation policy will not yet apply so that you can cancel even if you decide to book a last minute appointment.
