Yes, your membership can be used for both routine visits and urgent walk-ins. You’ll also receive your exam discount on any exam fee during additional visits after your first visit. Please note that some exams may not be discounted. Please see the terms and conditions for more details.
Your membership cannot be cancelled, but you may cancel the auto-renewal of your membership with at least 30 days’ advance notice to Bond Vet.
Your membership will auto-renew 365 days after you purchase your initial membership unless you provide Bond Vet with at least 30 days’ advance notice.
Memberships are tied to one pet and can’t be transferred.
The membership covers your first exam fee and offers discounts on additional exam fees. Any additional services, like vaccines, diagnostics, or prescriptions, are separate, but we’ll always review those costs with you in advance.
