They offered me a same-day appointment, which was a relief. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly—even though I was early—and I was able to be seen right away. The facility is clean and well-organized, and the staff, including the veterinarian, were incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. My partner and I had numerous questions, and they took the time to answer all of them thoroughly. At the end of the visit, my puppy had her nails trimmed, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a goodie bag filled with food, a ball, snacks, pins, and discounts on products.
