the vets and nurses at bondvet backbay were exemplary in the care of my cat, rusalka. we've been with them for 1 year and they were thorough and very helpful when we required paperwork for rusalka to be exported out of the US. thank you very much!

I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review before, but wanted to share my experience at Bond in Back Bay. My 11 year old dog got sick and when she started getting worse overnight, I was easily able to make an appointment for first thing the following morning- on a Sunday, too! That morning, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and office cat, who provided lots of entertainment while my dog got checked out. As a bonus, the office is extremely clean and welcoming inside. The vet, Dr. Brianne Keane was beyond wonderful- she was thorough, reassuring, and offered several different options depending on how in depth we wanted to investigate. Dr. Keane’s ?vet tech/MA was also so kind and sweet with our dog. Like they promise, all pricing was provided upfront and there was zero judgement regarding whether I did or didn’t want to do certain tests or my ability to pay- at no point was I “sold” anything. The pricing was reasonable for Boston and on par with what I would expect, especially for an urgent visit- pricey, but not exorbitant. It was certainly no more than ER care at Angell is- and the visit fee was lower. We go to Angell for our regular care (and we love it there too) but would absolutely considering using Bond and Dr. Keane as our regular vet in the future.
