Ingredients:
¼ pound lean ground turkey (use 99% lean)
Water, enough to fill the pot (reserve 1/2 cup)
¼ cup 100% pure pumpkin purée
1 tbsp plain, unflavored gelatin powder
Directions:
Put ground turkey into a pot and fill with water (enough to cover).
On medium/high heat, let cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Transfer cooked turkey, along with 1/2 cup warm water from the pot, and 1/4 cup of pure pumpkin purée into a blender. Blend until smooth.
With a spoon, stir plain, unflavored gelatin powder into the mixture. Stir well, ensuring the gelatin is evenly incorporated.
Place two silicone molds onto a baking sheet for support and spoon the mixture into each mold, filling to the top.
Move to the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until fully set.
Remove wiggly treats from the mold.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
